After baking some "bricks" I finally found out that I was cutting corners and when I stopped Taa da great breads.

I had many recipes and after a few trial and error loaves, I combined several tips and came out with a very good, low yeast, overnight rise bread which I called: "French Country Loaf."

I actually won a blue ribbon in our local Iowa county fair!!

Anyway, thanks for these recipes... I will try a few in the coming days.
