How can you prevent you bagels from having to much poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and everything bagels seasoning? Currently we egg wash the tops and then dip them face down in the toppings. Can you provide some advice please? Also, is a minute and a half on both sides too long for a boiling time? Thanks so much!
