We are soon to be empty nesters so in planning for that, I’m preparing by purchasing a multi-function countertop oven (i.e. toaster oven). I’m learning to adjust to baking in it, baking smaller quantities, using an electric appliance vs. natural gas (which is a huge source for indoor air pollution), etc.
