The blog post says nothing about King Arthur's plastic flour "pouches" for specialty flours; although they're labeled "recyclable" the Baker's Store itself won't accept them for recycling, nor do others of our usual vendors. Why aren't rye, artisan bread, and other flours still available in paper sacs like those used for whole wheat and unbleached white flours?
