What a great idea! I’ve been using cut open cereal bags to roll out cookie dough which works beautifully (no extra flour needed; idea from Nancy Birtwhistle GBBO winner) but never thought to leave intact for bread storage. Thanks!
When I ditched single-use plastic the toughest was finding something to cover custard/pudding to keep the “skin” from forming. Found parchment paper works pretty well! Crumble it up a couple times so it’s “softer” and not so stiff. Easier to mold into the bowl.
