I LOVE the silicone baking sheets. Use them instead of parchment paper to bake cookies. Use them to cover a bowl of rising dough with a large rubber band. Use them instead of foil to cover things like lasagna and casseroles. Use them to line a pan when you roast vegetables. They clean up very easily. I have two of them and use them at least once a day.
