That's a tricky one, Wayde, since it's important to keep frozen dough as airtight as possible in the freezer, and I'm afraid the dough would stick to a product like Bee's Wrap, although Bee's Wrap might be a good option for baked bread in the freezer (perhaps with an additional layer of foil for added protection against freezer burn).
