Hi Ashley, I would just keep a good eye on your dough, as the yoghurt setting seems to hover around 110F, which is a bit warmer than is ideal for most bread doughs. Maybe just warming up the instant pot and then turning it off before you put the dough in would be sufficient. Generally you want to aim for a dough temperature in the 75-78F range for most bread recipes.
