I made cloth bowl covers with elastic like a shower cap. We wet it then put it over the proofing bowl. A dinner or snack plate set on top of a bowl work well, select the best plate for the bowl diameter. My next experiment is a fabric cover for the 9x13 with elastic rim but that is generally for a few days use so I will try waxing the fabric.
