I stopped using plastic wrap and bags for baking long ago. My biggest issue that is not solved as of yet is that I can’t find a reusable container made specifically for homemade sandwich bread made in 9” loaf pans. I had HOPED that I would read this blog post and it would be an introduction for a new product at KAF, my long-awaited reusable container for homemade bread. But NO. I’m so disappointed.
