I need to replace my very old kitchen scale. The one feature I don't currently have is the ability to 'reverse measure', that is, to tare out a container of something, then have the scale measure how much is removed. Your nice article reviewing the scales available through KA mentions that function, but the descriptions of the scales do not say which scales will measure in the negative. Do they all? If not, can you tell me which ones do?
