Hi Katy, that's a tricky one! Unfortunately, different cookbooks and websites may recommend different methods of measuring flour by cups, which will result in different weight measurements. In addition, whole grain flours can vary quite a bit, depending on the protein percentage and how coarsely the flour is ground, and this can impact both the way the flour is measured and how it performs in the recipe. If you've found that the recipes worked fine in the past when you measured by cups, you might want to make the recipes (measuring by cups as you usually do), and then weight the ingredients as you go. Even though these weights may not translate to other recipes, they should work reliably for these particular recipes.
