I’m still unclear. I think what I’m asking, is if the non KA recipe says 3 cups flour that weighs 375 grams, but I’m using KA flour, should I use your weight of 360gm, or the recipe weight of 375 (but using KA flour). I only use KA flour and I’m never sure what weight to use. I hope this clarifies what I’m asking. Thank you.
