PJ..when I joined the Baking Circle (way back when)..although I had baked many, many years I had never used a scale..it was my cohorts on the site who convinced me to get a scale. Amazing results. I would recommend them to all. I don't know what I would do without it. I am a bit OCD, and want all of my rolls, buns and loaves to be the same size. (I know..fussy is my name.) If you are on the fence about getting a scale, get one...you will not be disappointed. ..Wonky
