Wow wow wow. This pie is a knockout. The flavors don't bowl you over at first but the depth and complexity of this pie is amazing. 100% if you're reading this you should make this pie. We had to go to a couple of places to find the purple potatoes, but the color they provide is really wild. We also ground fresh cardamom and the flavor with that and the orange is just killer. Making this for Thanksgiving forever now.
