Spicy cheese puffs sounds amazing. A local restaurant makes something similar and have been wanting a recipe. Glad I found yours! Can you clarify steps #6 and #7? Both steps say to mix in the eggs, #6 in the saucepan and #7 in a bowl with mixer. Thanks for your help.
