Fantastic comment, Mary S - thank you for taking the time to enumerate the issues around animal-based dairy. I would also add that farmed animals are a major source of pollution, and run off from farms is responsible for dead spots in rivers and the oceans due to the high levels of toxins and microorganisms such as E. coli.
