You are so right! It boggles the mind how American consumers know so little about there food and how it is produced. I am very sensitive to wheat but I suspect that the presence of glyphosate has more to do with that than gluten alone. I can eat organic bread with little detriment but not regular bread. (I still only eat bread sparingly.)
