Thanks for sharing your point of view and feedback, Dee! As a Vermont based company, we are very familiar with the benefits and good practices of a proper cow dairy operation. Unfortunately, these practices do not represent the majority of dairy produced. As an industry in the United States, dairy milk contributes more to climate change than any other non-dairy milk option available. We do want to acknowledge that every alternative has its own shortcomings, but this article is a way that we can support bakers looking for alternatives that could potential be easier on the environment when sourced responsibly.
