I only have freeze dried strawberry powder but all the recipes give measurements for freeze dried strawberry pieces which need to be ground to a powder. How do I convert these measurements if I start off with powder? I was thinking to half it; e.g 50g strawberry pieces = 25g Strawberry powder. Grateful for any advice. Thank you.
