I tried a Strawberry milk bread from a 7-eleven in Tokyo, which was pink and flavorful with strawberry jam swirled in. I'd like to try and replicate it at home and my idea is to use freeze dried strawberry powder. Do you have any recommendations on the moisture ratios when adding freeze dried fruit powder to bread dough, especially one so moist as milk bread?
