I was checking the directions for making an icing. It says to use 2 parts of freeze dried fruit to 1 part confectioner’s sugar? It seems like the ratio should be the opposite. Twice as much confectioner’s sugar to one part dried fruit powder. Even by weight, as suggested, it seems like it wouldn’t take twice as much fruit to color and flavor the icing?
