Hi Judith, our basic Pastry Cream recipe offers several flavor modifications, although not ones that incorporate freeze dried fruit powders (yet), however I did find this recipe from another site that uses freeze dried raspberries to flavor the pastry cream. In addition, we do have an espresso-flavored pastry cream featured in our Coffee Éclairs recipe.
