I made this and it turned out really well - I used various online videos to see how to do the laminating technique. My butter/sugar mixture did squeeze out (onto the counter, etc.) from time to time during laminating, but I incorporated the wayward pieces back into the fold for an acceptable finished product - The recipe is very forgiving as the author advised. I hope it freezes well, as I cut the finished round into quarters and froze 2 of the quarters. Since my store-bought croissants seem to freeze well, fingers crossed this recipe will, as well. My husband liked it too. I am not an experienced baker but am adding bread baking from King Arthur to my list of hobbies. Calorie counting is my next hobby...
