It would have been helpful to have this in the email weekly bake post that went out this morning. I peeled away the parchment from the pastry as I was putting it in the pan. Seeing that the parchment was to be left on the pastry might have made mine better. We'll see. It's cooling now. But Mr. Janjigian is so right: WAY easier than croissant. I'll probably be making this again and leaving the dang parchment sling in place.
