I have had to throw out 3 batches of dough in the past week because it never came together. Bought more bread flour and made sure I use water in a bottle…..not soft water. It’s now working. I have an issue with too much flour on the bottom, but it stands to reason since I put down a good layer before baking, right? I scrape it off.
