I am trying this recipe now. After two proofs the dough is very wet and runny. I used a stand mixer to mix all ingredients smoothly and then placed in my oven on the proof setting. After 20 minutes I tried folding and it is just goopy mess. I measured all ingredients precisely with a scale. Very frustrating. I can't seem to make bread to save my life.
