So, I don't have enough experience to guide me through the dividing steps. Each loaf will have 2 cut edges. It seems like those should be tucked under, correct? These 4 square-ish loaves aren't going to fit well on my round stone. No shaping is mentioned, so I assume I don't do any kneading or rolling of the loaves, but it seems like a little stretching and patting is in order to get them into long ovals? And then, all this coating flour stays on them during baking?
