I sure wish I had read this blog first. I have made many, many different breads before that include olive oil, so I took "mix the ingredients..." to include the oil. Big mistake! I ended up with a soupy mess that refused to cooperate even after a few hours and my desperate attempt to rescue it by adding a bit more flour. I believe the recipe should be changed to read "mix the flour, water, salt, and yeast..." or something similar to help future bakers.
