thanks for the information! appears I also read the recipe incorrectly as I incorporated the olive oil into the dough instead of realizing it was just for the pan. I was able to bake the first attempt but didn't achieve any of the beautiful open crumb. Onto round 2 today! fingers crossed for better results!
