First attempt is still in progress......dough was WAY too wet! When I got to the second or third coil fold I could see this was not going to work. I was just picking up goo so I added an additional 50 grams of breadflour and basically started over. I am now on the third coil fold and it is a BIT better (more cohesive), but not much. I hope to coild fold several more times and then bake it, come hell or high water! We'll see what the final bread and crumb structure looks like.....
