I find the recipe somewhat confusing . Instructions start out with a rectangular 10 by 7, if not use an 9" square pan. later in the recipe you mention using a bowl. Can the recipe simply be done in a bowl? And if so would the coil or the bowl fold be the process to use? also could this bread be made as one loaf in either a loaf pan or in a pyrex bowl and if so what sizes?
