As someone with hand and arm issues it's nice to know that you aren't alone in struggling with what can sometimes feel like the herculean task of baking.
I have cubital and carpal tunnel and tremors all of which get worse with activity.
Due to finances I haven't gotten myself a stand mixer yet and have been relying on my trusty electric beater, and basically buying mixes and precut everything.
I'm absolutely going to try some of the other tips mentioned, anything that reduces the pain is a win!
