I use my bread maker now to knead anything that needs to be kneaded. I also use the food processor (small & large) to chop anything and everything that needs chopping. My hands just aren't what they use to be so I look for anything that will make the baking go easier. I don't have a Kitchen-Aid mixer so the bread maker gets the job. When you love to bake there just has to be a way to keep on baking.
