Thank you a million times over for addressing the issue of hand pain and baking. A very long time baker, I now have severe arthritis in my right thumb and fingers. I have been able to work with a soft roll dough recently and I was thrilled. I find myself using very high quality mixes for baking, but using my creativity by adding extra ingredients to make me feel like I made it myself.
