I have complex regional pain syndrome in my left wrist and have problems with my right as well. Initially I needed a helper to use my kitchen aid mixer. I can get it set up most of the time now without help. I take shortcuts where ever I can which includes buying precut vegetables and I love King Arthur line of gluten free mixes
