Hi Mar. We would suggest starting off with something like this one: Oval Brotform It comes in around 9 inches long which would be fine for the amount of dough that you are working with. As for what to bake your loaf in? You can use a large cast iron skillet that has a cover or you can bake the bread directly on a sheet pan or baking stone.
