I’ve tried chocolate chip cookies in my air fryer without success. Mine has a non-stick slotted tray over which I put parchment paper. (Otherwise the dough would fall through the slots, I think). After the allotted time, however, the cookies had all fallen in together and were crispy around the edges and not done in the middle. I’m thinking the circulating air blew the parchment paper around before they had a chance to spread out. Any suggestions for baking cookies?
