I have been using their recipe for the baked eggs and they turn out fantastic and haven't browned for me. Key is putting the pan in the middle oven rack and keeping and eye on the eggs as every oven heats differently. My family loves this bagel + egg recipe and it's so quick to make the eggs in the morning before work/school!
