I love my rolling mat from KA Baking company! I most use it for rolling pie crust but have also used it for shaping dinner rolls/breads and cookies (rugelach). I use it on my kitchen table to do these things because of a disability I have trouble standing and am more comfortable sitting to do these things. Easy clean up!
