Hi there,
Made first sourdough last week. It came out pretty good but wanted more airy leavening. I added a pkg of yeast to my warm water first then stirred in my starter, then my flour. Waited then pinched in my salt and more water. I pulled and folded three times, then placed in fridge overnight . Will I need to shape and place back in fridge for proofing another twelve hours before baking?
