Hi Shirley, yes, follow the recipe as written, but pay attention to the progress of the dough and respond accordingly. The dough may rise and develop structure faster with the addition of yeast. You'll also need to watch the rise in the refrigerator a little more carefully when you add yeast, but if you keep the added yeast to no more than 1/2 to 1 teaspoon, this should buy you a fairly generous "overnight" in the fridge.
