Ben benalu January 18, 2022 at 12:29pm I've been using this method for a long time, primarily because I love the taste of both dry and wild yeast! My experiments show that 1gm dry yst = 25gm of Mature starter. I still ferment at least 20 hrs to get the benefits of fermented bread. Reply
