I have made a sourdough multi grain sandwich bread for years. I use 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast, KA Super 10, KA white whole wheat, and KA bread flour along with 16 ounces starter. The flavor and texture are outstanding. The dough is easy to work with and the loaf has never failed to be great. It’s the end result that counts. Don’t be a bread snob!
