Hi Gaura, for best results we would recommend sticking to a 9" springform pan, but if you'd like to try it in a 10" you will need to increase the ingredients by about 20%. To get there, multiply the weight of each ingredient by 1.20, and add an additional egg. Baking time will likely be a bit longer, but check at the time recommended, and reset the timer from there.
