I was a little hesitant to try this for company without a trial run first, but I am so glad I did! I added a little bit of vanilla but otherwise followed the directions. I'm glad I set my timer early, because after 21 minutes this was done, in fact, two degrees too high and a bit darker than it should have been, but still wonderful, creamy texture and delicious flavor. Reminded me of Creme Brûlée. Served this with diced, fresh strawberries and it was a total hit!
