Hi Gail, yes, you can certainly use our Baking Sugar Alternative for some or all of the sugar called for in this recipe. Remember to substitute by cups, rather than weight when using this product. No need to reduce the baking temperature, but expect that the cheesecake will bake and brown up more quickly when using our BSA.
