Mary Snyder January 13, 2022 at 12:39pm I served this at room temperature the evening that it was baked. The very best cheesecake I have ever had, wonderful tang and a lighter texture like velvet pile. Baked it at 450 deg. F, because my oven is not reliable for 500. Worked fine Reply
