Would this recipe work if sugar is reduced to 1/2 cups, or 2/3 cups at most? The idea is to reduce the sweetness and make it a bit healthier, too. I have been baking another cheesecake recipe (2 lb ricotta and 6 eggs), and it works with just 1/2 cup sugar. I’m hoping this one could work with less sugar, too. Please let me know. Thanks!
