Just made this today and it looked just like the one pictured. I I have a 9 cup Cuisinart food processor so I decided to make it in two batches and then combine the batches. It worked out wonderful. Great texture almost a custard . The only problem I had was the bottom came out slightly burned. I inverted the cake to get rid of the paper and was able to peel it off the bottom. I used a thermometer and took it out at the correct moment. Is my oven too hot?
